1. Head of HR, GA, & Purchasing

Job Responsibilities :

Manage and monitor people fulfilment and selection process.
Conduct selection (test and interview), recrurtment and placement according to regulations.
Perform People Development & Administration.
Monitor labor related policy, regulations and communicate new policy and regulation.
Ensure permit & licenses compliance by managing the licenses & permit renewal process in accordance with the regulation.
Manage, develop and maintain general affaers function.
Conduct and manage purchasing process (non product/nan. trade).
Perform vendor selection & evaluation.

Job Requiramants:

Bachelor Degree (S1) in management, accounting, psychology, law of related function.
Min. 8 & 10 years experience of HR Generallst.
Regulations and Labour Law Integrated Human Resources Management
Advanced verbal and written communication Engltsh skilis
Excellent networking and time management skills
Strong lsadership & good communication skills

2. Head of Finance, Accounting, & Tax

Job Responsibilities :

Set up Finance, Accounting, and Tax procedure & policy
Prepare and submission financial on scheduled time.
Plan and manage the financial budgeting activities.
Manage and control company daily operational related with finance, accounting, and tax.
Enhance risk awareness culture and perform risk management activities within the day-to-day business process.

Job Requirements:

Master (S2) or Bachelor Degree (S1) In accounting/finance
8-10 years experience, with S years experience in finance & accounting managerial positions or working experience as consultant (preferably in KAP).
Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns, such as pph 21, pph 23, pph 25 & employee tax.
Excellent in creating cash flow report, financial report (balance L/R), annual budget & company tax planning.
Advanced verbal and written communication English skills.
